Trout
Walk & Wade
Cold, clear water and wild trout, on foot.
Finesse fishing in beautiful country
The Ovens and the high country streams run cold and clear off the ranges, and they hold some cracking wild browns and rainbows. On foot, we'll work the runs, riffles and pools where the fish are sitting, perfect at first light or late in the day.
Walking and wading is finesse fishing at its best. It's quiet, it's technical, and it gets you into beautiful water that most people drive straight past. We'll read the water for you and put you in the right spot.
Whether you're chasing your first trout or you've been at it for years, this is a full day immersed in the best of the high country.
